The rules for using saparga.com and buying Saparga’s trip design services.

1. Who we are
Saparga is a registered individual entrepreneur (ИП) in Semenovka, Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan, with the activity code 79.11.1 (travel agency). In these terms, “Saparga”, “we” and “us” mean this business, and “you” means anyone using the site or buying from us.
2. What you can buy now
Trip design services: a €100 trip consultation call, a €150 Journey Plan and €360 Full Support. Stays, tours and transfers are not yet bookable online. Until online booking opens in 2027, you can send us a request and we arrange it with you personally.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include everything we charge for the service. The Journey Plan and Full Support start with a 50% deposit; the remaining 50% is due when your plan is delivered. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; Saparga never sees your full card number.
4. How we deliver the service
After payment we email you within one working day to agree a time for your call. A Journey Plan is delivered within about a week of the call. Full Support continues until the end of your trip.
5. Your responsibilities
You submit your own visa application and buy your own flights. You give us correct information about your dates, travellers and needs, and you check the plan before you book anything.
6. Our responsibility
We design your plan with care, using hosts and services we know. Stays, tours and transport you book yourself are provided by those businesses under their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts, or for events outside our control such as weather, road closures or border rules.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown on this page on the day you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.
