Privacy policy

What personal data Saparga collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 27/10/2026

1. Who is responsible for your data

Saparga, a registered individual entrepreneur in Semenovka, Issyk-Kul region, Kyrgyzstan, decides how your data is used. Contact us through the Contact page for anything about your data.

2. What we collect

When you send a form: your name, email, phone or messaging number, and the trip details you write. When you buy a service: your name, email, billing details and order history. Your card details go directly to the payment provider and are not stored by Saparga. Our website also uses cookies needed for it to work and, if you agree, cookies that measure visits.

3. Why we use it

To reply to your request, to deliver the service you bought, to send receipts and to keep accounting records required by law. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

4. Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run Saparga: our website host (Hostinger), our payment provider, and our email service. When we arrange a stay, tour or transfer for you, we share only the details that host or driver needs, such as your name, dates and number of guests.

5. How long we keep it

Requests that don’t lead to a purchase: up to 12 months. Orders and invoices: as long as accounting law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it. If you are in the EU, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our use of data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
